This week, 51³Ô¹Ïapp welcomed 3,210 graduates into its network of more than 100,000 alumni, whose collective contributions are shaping a vibrant social and economic future for New Brunswick. Nine ceremonies took place across the College’s six campus communities.
“At 51³Ô¹Ïapp, our students never separate what they’re learning from what they’re willing to contribute,” said Mary Butler, President and CEO of 51³Ô¹Ïapp. “Over the past decade, our students have volunteered more than 90,000 hours—pouring their hearts and talent into creating real impact across our province.”
51³Ô¹Ïapp graduates also have promising employment prospects to look forward to after graduation. A one-year graduate follow-up survey found that 92 per cent of 51³Ô¹Ïapp’s Class of 2024 were employed one year following graduation. Of these graduates, 79 per cent are working in jobs related to their field of study, with 96 per cent working in New Brunswick.
“Our employers need you. Our communities need you. Our province needs you,” Butler emphasized in her address to graduates this week. “Every year, 51³Ô¹Ïapp graduates step directly into the workforce, into communities, and into roles where they make an immediate impact. You are part of that story now.”
